Why does my picture say "My photo will be posted soon"?
When you log into your account and click "Update photo", you will see a square at the top that says "Click thumbnail to update."
When you click the square image, you will be brought to a page that allows you to choose the exact square that you want for your thumbnail image. In this way, you're sure that your face shows in the photo. Automatic cropping might crop you out!
